A RENTAL OF THE NEU NEU INCLUDES

Helpful information regarding rental of The Neu Neu

  • The Neu Neu is over 5,000 square feet in the heart of the North Loop of Minneapolis

  • There is ample paid parking around the venue available for events. Clients always have the option to host valet for their guests.

  • Due to the historic nature of the property and the liability policy, all alcohol must be controlled served by a licensed bartender, Absolutely no off site alcohol is permitted.

  • It is required that all events conclude no later than 1:00am and break-down by midnight.

  • Renters are required to use wedding coordinator

  • All renters are encouraged to choose vetted vendors from our Preferred Vendors List. Any new vendors need to sign our house rules policy before they are allowed to work in the space.

  • Please note, rates are subject to change until a contract is signed.

Helpful information

  • The Neu Neu can accommodate seated ceremonies and receptions for up to 175 guests with a room flip

  • Wedding rentals of The Neu Neu may use the venue for any designated 12 hours from 10:00 am-1:00 am

  • Additional morning hours can be added on for The Natural Light Studio or 3rd St. Studio

  • The Neu Neu has a list of preferred vendors, however, almost all vendors are welcome, so please discuss your specific vendors with a member of our team

  • There is ample parking available for events and the street in front of The Neu Neu can accommodate valey, shuttles and busses if you require

Start by getting ready in one of our two preparation suites, each complete with ample natural light, lounge furniture and mirrors to get ready with!

Book Your Event!

We look forward to being part of your story! We offer 7 day complimentary holds for your preferred wedding date. Once you decide you're ready to book we require a signed contract and 50% deposit to secure your date.

YOUR WEDDING DAY!

Finally! Your wedding day is here! We want your special day to be a reflection of you as a couple all while being logistically handled by our expert team! Our on-site venue managers will work with your Day-of-Coordinator to ensure it runs smoothly!
